At UpEd Learning Solutions, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional educational services. We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to a need for refunds. Refunds will be processed according to this refund policy only. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Bill Payment Post Service:
Fees for tuition programs are collected at the beginning of the upcoming month for services delivered in the previous month. Since billing occurs post the delivery of educational services and subsequent acknowledgment of the invoice by the customer, NO refunds will be provided once the payment has been made.

Bill Payment Before Commencement of Tuition Classes:
In instances where customers opt for prepaid bill payment (bills paid in advance), a refund can be requested if the services for the billing period have not commenced before the last date of that period. Refunds are applicable only if the tuition classes for the billing period have not begun until the last day of the billing period due to issues on the company's side. If some services have started on a delayed date, a partial refund may be processed for the delayed dates. Refunds in such cases will be initiated and provided to customers within 10-15 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Completed or partially completed sessions/services are non-refundable.

Any promotional or discounted fees are non-refundable.

When payment is received after the delivery of Service to the customer, such fees received cannot be refunded.

Refunds are not applicable for any services already rendered or in progress.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where termination of services is due to a breach of the company's terms and conditions by the customer.
General Terms and Conditions related to Refund:

Any refund processed will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Refund Process: Once the refund request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Customer Initiated Pre-commencement Cancellation of services:
If a customer, having paid fees in advance, decides to terminate/cancel services even before the commencement of the services or if the customer did not appear for the classes for 15 days from the date of commencement of classes, then the services can be cancelled from the company side if a cancellation request has been initiated by the customers. In that case, a refund will be initiated and processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request from customers.
