2.2 Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the program enquiry process. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

7.2 Payment details and transactions are processed with utmost security to ensure a safe and reliable experience for our users. Users are required to furnish accurate billing information and grant authorization to the Company for charging specified fees.
7.3 To obtain fee quotations for programs listed on the website, users can submit the program enquiry form or email their child's specific needs to contact@weuped.com. Our commitment is to provide a customized learning plan and program fee quotation within 2 working days of receiving the request. As our educational services are tailored to individual student needs, program fees are customizable and cannot be compared with those of other customers. Prior to the program commencement, customers are obligated to acknowledge and approve the fees quotation received. No further modifications to fees can be made after acceptance. Payment for the last month's tuition classes is due on or before the 2nd day of the upcoming month. Extended delays in fees payment are not accommodated and may result in legal action.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to change fees and billing methods. Notice of such changes will be provided to users.
8. Communication
8.1 By submitting a program enquiry form or using the services, users agree to receive communications from the Company, including emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
8.2 Users can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

We kindly request our customers to take necessary measures to create a secure environment for our tutors when conducting home tuition sessions. This includes homes, offices, or any other premises where the tutoring sessions are scheduled to occur. Customers/parents are expected to provide a safe and comfortable setting that is conducive to learning. This entails addressing any potential hazards, ensuring adequate lighting, and maintaining a respectful and harassment-free environment. By engaging our home tuition services, customers acknowledge their responsibility for the safety of our employees and commit to fostering an atmosphere that facilitates effective and secure educational interactions. Failure to comply with these safety standards may result in the termination of home tuition services and may attract legal actions on the customer.
